Outing in a va'a (traditional pirogue) on the lagoon, in search of marine megafauna
Marine Epic is an adventure tailor-made for adventurers. It's the fruit of collaboration between va'a professionals, Polynesian pirogue sailors and scientists with a passion for cetaceans.
We invite you to join us for a fun-filled morning of learning about the technical discipline of va'a sailing and the life of Polynesia's marine megafauna. If you're lucky, you'll come across a school of dolphins or a small family of humpback whales along the way.

In the middle of nature, at the rhythm of the pirogue, you'll observe the marine megafauna in its habitat, with the possibility of encountering dolphins or humpback whales.
Supervised by va'a professionals and a marine biologist, this adventure combines knowledge transfer and thrills for a morning as enriching as it is captivating.

Strengthening the link between man and nature by drawing on local and ancestral know-how. Oceania creates innovative community projects to protect the whales and dolphins of Tahiti and her islands.

The regulations in force in Polynesia do not allow launching with cetaceans in the passes and lagoon.
🌊🐬Cétacés evolve in immense spaces and, as wild animals, their presence cannot be guaranteed on every outing. Nature decides what kind of show it wants to put on. That's why our excursions are not limited to dolphin and whale watching, but invite you to explore the wealth of marine biodiversity. Each outing is a unique adventure, where the ocean reveals its treasures to those who take the time to listen and respect it.

If you cancel between 30 days and 2 days before the start of the activity → You will be eligible for a partial refund of 30%.
If you cancel 2 days or less before the start of the activity → No refund will be possible.
