Tereva Galopin grew up in a restaurant, surrounded by pots and pans. His parents, prominent figures in the restaurant industry, ran a gastropub for 40 years here in Tahiti.
For the past few years, he opened his own restaurant and he has been promoting local producers with his friend Teao from the restaurant Marumaru and cooking privately for a few select guests.
